We are pleased to host another of the highly acclaimed rural retreats, tailored to address the unique challenges faced by IMGs when working in rural and remote South Australia. 

The Retreat provides an opportunity to:

• Develop practical strategies for managing work-life balance
• Build peer support networks with colleagues
• Enhance resilience and wellbeing skills specific to the rural context
• Address challenges related to cultural adaptation and professional isolation.

This workshop is supported by a Grant from Rural Doctors Workforce Agency and we have engaged facilitator Mr Hugh Kearns from ThinkWell to lead the workshop. 

There is no registration fee thanks to the Rural Doctors Workforce Agency. All accommodation, meals (excluding dinners) and parking is covered for the attending IMG.
