National Forum on Doctors' Wellness

The Forum from 8.30am-2.30pm is for doctors, specialist colleges, medical associations, hospital and health services, medical students, medical education providers, medical defence organisations and others with a keen interest in doctors' health to participate in an open and frank conversation that aims to focus on pragmatic outcomes towards cultural and organisational change. The intention is to enable very real improvements in doctors' wellness into the future. The Forum is hosted by the ADHN, Australia's leading organisation in doctors' health, with funding support from Avant.

Tickets for the Forum ($80/$25 for students) will include morning tea on arrival during the networking session, lunch and afternoon tea after the event. Tickets for the Forum will include entry to the Research Forum that follows only IF the participant indicates their intention to attend the Research Forum when purchasing their ticket.

The Forum will be followed by a Research Forum from 3pm-5pm for those interested in establishing a National Research Centre of Excellence in Physician Health. Researchers in many different institutions have been embarking on many different research projects into doctors' health. This is an opportunity for researchers to join together in a collaborative manner, with the internationally recognised expertise of the doctors' health services, to progress research in the important field of Physician Health.
