Doctors' Health SA has been travelling across all rural regions delivering this highly successful seminar to rural doctors and medical students.

The interactive dinner, sponsored by a Grant from the Country SA PHN, evening provides helpful strategies for looking after yourself in a busy rural medical practice. Important information on how and when to seek support as a medical practitioner, discuss and share strategies on remaining well and productive, and importantly a networking opportunity with local colleagues facilitated by a presentation by Dr Roger Sexton, Medical Director, Doctors' Health SA.

Over 300 rural medical professionals have attended the Healthy Doctors Seminars over the past 3 years.
