6 week mindfulness course starts on Monday 3rd May, a face to face session for GPs and Consultants at the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists, SA Branch Office, 2/233-235 Greenhill Road, Dulwich.

The evenings commence at 7.30pm and conclude at 8.45pm, ample parking is available.

This course will assist with cultivating mindful presence, equanimity and self-compassion allowing the possibility of greater clarity, effectiveness and kindness in the workplace and at home.
