Dr Cate Howell, Medical Practitioner, Therapist and Educator Dr Cate is a medical practitioner, therapist, coach, educator, speaker, blogger and author! With over 30 years of training and experience in the health area, and a special interest in counselling and mental health. A keen educator, Dr Cate has taught and facilitated numerous educational sessions for students, graduates, organisations and the public. She aims to provide clear and accessible information and engaging interactive sessions. She is driven by her curiosity and willingness to provide service.
Dr Michele Murphy, Clinical Psychologist
Dr Michele has worked as a psychologist for over twenty years and has had extensive experience working in the public and private sectors. She believes in establishing a collaborative and respectful relationship with the people she works with and aims to build on the resources the client already has. Michele believes that good therapy often involves guiding people to access their own strengths and enabling them to reconnect with their own knowledge and confidence.

• Describe the main mental health impacts of COVID19 • Define the symptoms and signs of stress and anxiety • Recommend useful coping strategies for various population groups • Design a personal wellbeing plan • Describe appropriate community supports and resources
